  4. GlasNet-Ukraine is a division of GlasNet based on the technical
  5. facilities of the two computer stations : one in Moscow and the
  6. second at Institute for Global Communications in Menlo Park, Ca,
  7. USA.

  9. GlasNet provides computer networking tools for international
  10. communications and information exchange. GlasNet comprise the
  11. computer communication system dedicated to environmental
  12. preservation, peace, and human rights.
  13.  
  14. The third computer station of GlasNet - GlasNet-Ukraine started
  15. its operation in December 1992.
  16.  
  17. GlasNet-Ukraine is non-profit organization incorporated under
  18. Ukrainian legislation.
